Getting the right product in your hands in a timely manner is a very important part of our business that we take seriously. During busy times of the year orders can take 3 business days to process and ship. Typically, though most orders process in 1-2 business days Monday through Friday.
Changing Your Address
Frequently we have already processed your order, created labels, and boxed your order. Changing an address to one that is not on the order will have an additional charge of $40. If it has left the building UPS or Fed EX reroutes run $50 and are not guaranteed to work. This is per UPS and FedEx. Addresses will not be changed for new customers as this protects you and us against possible fraud situations.
I placed multiple orders and I would like my shipping refunded on them since they qualify for free shipping now.
We cannot do this. Please take your time and make sure you have everything you need on one order. It's not difficult to plan out your order and make sure you get it right in one shot. Our quickly executed business processes often times will have the order processed and packed before sales staff gets to your email to combine the orders.
The choice of carriers depends on a variety of factors. Most in stock items will be shipped via UPS or USPS. If the package is around 3-4 lbs or under that weight, it will often go USPS Priority Mail. This method will ensure the shortest delivery times without paying for expedited shipping. Please note in the product listing if "ships from manufacturer" is mentioned. Certain manufacturers only offer delivery via a specific carrier like FED Ex, UPS, DHL, USPS and etc.
NOTE: As of July 2013, USPS has placed estimated ship times in the title of their Priority Mail Service (ie Priority Mail - 1 day, Priority Mail - 2 day, etc). This is not to be considered an expedited or guaranteed transit time. If you wish to expedite a package, please choose a UPS service OR contact us directly via phone / e-mail. Since these changes were made on USPS' servers, we cannot remove words "1 day", "2 day", etc.
If you have an URGENT order please make sure you select UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day air. We search for these orders at 2pm CST and make sure they go out. Any order after 2PM CST will not make it out. UPS only runs Monday through Friday so if ordering on a Thursday and you select UPS 2nd Day Air, that means it will be delivered on Monday. Next day air on a Friday order is Monday delivery and so forth.
International Customers & Orders
Please be advised that we run three warehouses located inside the USA. Products listed as "IN STOCK" could be at any of these warehouses. If your order contains items that are split among these warehouses, we have to then combine all line items into one single location. Doing this saves you multiple customs fees as your order will arrive in a single shipment then. If we were to send multiple shipments you would be hit with multiple . Please understand this is our policy and we only ship international orders "complete". Your order could very well have an extra delay due to this process of us combing all items into one location. Delays typically range 3 business days but could extend up to 7 business days depending on how many warehouse transfers are needed to get your order into a single location.
We do our best to ensure that the shipping estimates are accurate. While our automated system does a good job on domestic orders within the 48 states, customers in Hawaii, Alaska, and from around the world can sometimes experience higher than normal estimates. If you feel that your estimate is incorrect, please e-mail us. Include a list of parts and full shipping address so we can provide the most accurate quote.
International customers are responsible for all import fees including taxes and broker fees. This is out of our control and not calculated in our shipping quotes.
We currently have stock in the USA and direct from manufactures. We do not have storage in Canada currently but are looking at options in the near future. All items are shipped from the USA or directly from manufactures.
All customs fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay. Burnz Auto will not cover the customs fees of items being shipped in to Canada or other countries.
